Reiki is for everyone.

Reiki is a simple, practical system of hands-on energy work traditionally taught as a personal practice for everyday life. In the Usui Reiki tradition, the focus is not on special abilities or belief, but on cultivating steadiness, presence, and balance through direct experience in the body.

 

Reiki is practiced gently and consistently, supporting nervous system regulation, easing stress and tension, and fostering emotional clarity and resilience over time. Its original purpose was to help people feel more grounded, centered, and at ease in their daily lives.

 

These courses are taught in the traditional Usui Reiki lineage and emphasize self-practice, embodied awareness, and integration rather than performance or technique-heavy complexity. No prior experience, spiritual background, or special intuition/sensitivity is required—only curiosity and a willingness to practice.

 

Traditional Usui Reiki Level 1

 

Foundations of Self-Practice: 

Reiki Level 1 is the entry point into traditional Usui Reiki. It is first and foremost a self-practice — a way of cultivating balance, clarity, and resilience in your own body and nervous system. This level focuses on learning to work with Reiki in a grounded, practical way, developing a felt sense of energy, and establishing a consistent personal practice you can return to in daily life.

 

What you’ll learn:

• The foundations and principles of traditional Usui Reiki

• Reiki as a personal, daily self-practice

• Hands-on Reiki techniques for yourself and others

• How Reiki supports nervous system regulation and stress response

• Core practices used in the Usui lineage, including meditation, breathing and energy awareness techniques

• One full-day, in-person intensive

• Small-group, semi-private setting

• Includes guided instruction, discussion, and hands-on practice

• Individual Reiki attunement

Traditional Usui Reiki Level 2

Deepening Practice & Application:

Reiki Level 2 builds upon the foundations established in Level 1 and deepens your relationship with Reiki as both a personal practice and a method of working with others. This level introduces traditional Reiki symbols and techniques that expand how Reiki is applied across time, space, and emotional states, while continuing to emphasize grounded, embodied practice.

 

What you’ll learn:

• Traditional Usui Reiki Level 2 symbols and their application

• Expanded hands-on techniques for self-treatment and working with others

• Distance Reiki and focused intention practices

• Techniques that support emotional balance and mental clarity

• Continued refinement of energy awareness and responsiveness

 

Course format:

• One full-day, in-person intensive

• Small-group, semi-private setting

• Includes guided instruction, discussion, and hands-on practice

• Individual Reiki attunement

• Course manual and certificate of completion

Traditional Usui Reiki Level 3

Master-Level Practice:

Reiki Level 3 deepens mastery of the Reiki system and strengthens the practitioner’s capacity to work with Reiki in a more concentrated and refined way.

This level focuses on strengthening presence, focus, and energetic stability while working with the Master-level symbol and advanced techniques from the Usui lineage.

 

What you’ll learn:

• The traditional Usui Reiki Master symbol and its application

• Advanced techniques for concentration, breath, and energy flow

• Practices that support deeper energetic awareness and steadiness

• Refinement of hands-on Reiki treatments

• Continued development of confidence and clarity in practice

Traditional Usui Reiki Master / Teacher

 

Teaching & Attunement:

The Reiki Master / Teacher level is for those who feel called to pass on the Reiki system through teaching and attunement. This level focuses on responsibility, clarity, and integrity within the traditional Usui lineage. More than half of this training is dedicated to learning and practicing attunements, ensuring confidence and competence in transmitting Reiki to others.

 

What you’ll learn:

• The complete Usui Reiki Master attunement

• How to give Reiki attunements for Levels 1, 2, and 3

• The structure and flow of teaching Reiki courses

• Attunement techniques and teaching preparation

• The role and responsibility of a Reiki Master / Teacher

• Extensive hands-on attunement practice
