Massage Therapy
Massage therapy combines skilled, hands-on techniques to ease tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to recover. It’s both restorative and clinical, addressing pain, mobility, and stress while helping the body shift into a calmer, more balanced state. Each session is tailored to your needs using Swedish and therapeutic techniques, myofascial release, and pressure adjustments that encourage muscle relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Treatments may include Prenatal Massage, which supports all stages of pregnancy with safe, side-lying positioning to relieve back and hip tension, reduce swelling, and improve sleep and comfort. Cupping Therapy can also be integrated, using gentle suction to lift tissue, increase blood and lymph flow, and ease deep-seated tension without the intensity of deep pressure work. In some sessions, Acupuncture may be used—fine needles applied within RMT scope to release muscular tightness, settle the nervous system, and promote energy flow.
Massage enhances circulation, lowers stress hormones, and activates the parasympathetic “rest and digest” response, where the body repairs itself. Regular treatments can reduce pain, improve flexibility, support recovery from injuries, and create a sense of grounded ease that extends well beyond the table.
