Prepaid Treatment Packages

Prepaid packages are available for existing clients who are paying out of pocket and not using extended health benefits.

 

Package Details

• Packages include five (5) sessions

• Sessions are offered at a reduced rate based on a shorter-duration price

• Valid for therapeutic massage only (excludes specialty services)

 

Use & Validity

• Packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase

• Sessions must be used within this time

• Unused sessions expire after one year

 

Booking & Cancellations

• Appointments are booked online and are subject to availability

• Package purchase does not reserve appointment times

• Clients are responsible for booking and using sessions within the validity period

• The standard 24-hour cancellation policy applies

• Late cancellations or missed appointments are deducted from the package

 

Terms

• Packages are non-transferable

• Payment is made in full via e-transfer

• One receipt is issued at the time of purchase

• Packages are not eligible for insurance reimbursement

• All sales are final
