Prepaid Treatment Packages

(Existing Clients Only)

 

Prepaid treatment packages are offered as a courtesy to support continuity of care for existing, self-paying clients without extended health benefits. These packages are not intended to replace insurance-based billing.

 

By purchasing a package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined below.

Eligibility

• Packages are available to existing, self-paying clients only

• Packages are for clients without extended health benefits

​

Package Structure

• Packages consist of five (5) prepaid sessions

• Sessions are priced at the lower-duration rate:

  • five 60-minute sessions priced at the 45-minute rate

  • five 75-minute sessions priced at the 60-minute rate

  • five 90-minute sessions priced at the 75-minute rate

• Packages apply to therapeutic massage treatments only

• Packages do not apply to manual lymphatic drainage or specialty services with separate pricing

Validity & Use

• Packages are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase

• All sessions must be used within the validity period

• Unused sessions are forfeited after expiration

• Extensions are not provided

Booking & Availability

• Booking is the client’s responsibility and is subject to availability

• Appointments are booked online as usual

• Package purchase does not reserve appointment times

• Availability is not guaranteed, and clients are responsible for booking within the validity period

• Claims of limited availability do not constitute grounds for refund, extension, or exception

Cancellations & Attendance

• The existing 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all package sessions

• Missed or late-cancelled appointments are deducted from the package

• No exceptions are made for illness, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or hardship

Transferability

• Packages are non-transferable and may not be shared, gifted, or used by another person, including family members

​

Payment & Receipts

• Packages are prepaid in full via e-transfer

• A single receipt is issued at the time of purchase

• Individual session receipts are not provided

• Packages are not eligible for insurance reimbursement

• All package sales are final

• Packages are non-refundable

By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that:

• You have one full year to book and attend sessions

• No refunds, extensions, transfers, or exceptions will be made under any circumstances
